3. 本屆共有78隊報名，所以有需要對分組作出特別安排；敬希各隊伍及會員合作。第三及第四組不會有總冠軍賽事。而第五十六屆聯賽的第三及第四組之各分組的前三名隊伍將會分別升至第二及第三組。第五十七屆聯賽的各組別隊伍的升降，除首三名得獎隊伍必須升組外；再以先留後升為原則（即第4名亦有可能晉升或尾3名位置的隊伍不需降級）。最終需視乎報名隊數多寡而定奪；敬希各隊伍及會員合作。(請參閱聯賽規則第13條)
4. 各組別的積分紙不會以郵寄方式寄出，請各隊長或隊員到香港飛鏢會網頁瀏覽 (www.hkdarts.org.hk)；
5. 任何隊伍不得同時要求超過一場的補賽或同時不能超過有兩場的補賽（包括其他隊伍要求的補賽）。所有賽事的改期必須以書面電郵 (league@hkdarts.org.hk)或傳真 (2519-6760)到香港飛鏢會作實；
6. 各會員參與賽事時必須衣著整齊(必須穿著長褲或女子可穿著裙、有袖上衣及鞋出賽，不得穿著拖鞋或涼鞋)，比賽區內不得飲酒及應將手電調至無聲狀態(包括計分員)。隊長不應編排違反衣著規定的隊員出賽。

3. There are a total of 78 registered teams for the 56th HKDA League. HKDA need the special arrangement to the division assignment (Please see the Appendix III) and thanks for your co-operations. There will be no Grand Championship match for Division 3 & 4. The first 3 teams of third and forth sub-divisions in the 56th HKDA League will be promoted to Division 2 & 3 for the 57th League. The Committee reserves the right to change the promotion and relegation rules to meet the league operation. (i.e. The 3rd Runner-up may be promoted to higher Division or last 3 team may not be relegated to the lower Division if deemed necessary.)
4. HKDA did not send the league results to team captains by post. All team captains and members can browse the HKDA website (www.hkdarts.org.hk) for league results.
5. No team shall be allowed to have more than one outstanding postponement of its seeking or more than 2 postponements at same time (opponents request inclusive). For all postponement of league matches, the relevant team captains should write to HKDA by e-mail (league@hkdarts.org.hk) or by fax (2519-6760) for re-arrangement of the match.
6. All members must wear proper clean clothing to attend the league matches (During the game players who are on the oche including chalkers and callers) are wearing a trousers or skirts for women, shirt with sleeve and shoes (singlet or flip-flops is prohibit). Captains should not nominate players to play in the match if they are to infringe these guidelines. No drinking in the playing area, mobile phones must turned off or switched to silent mode (chalker and callers inclusive).
